Could you suggest a mild facial scrub please?

I have written to you earlier.

Please can you suggest a mild and effective facial scrub?

I think my skin needs to be scrubbed at least once a week.
I have moderately sensitive skin, which generally behaves well but reacts to stress, and sun exposure. Neutrogena deep clean cleanser is working fine for me. I have experienced no breakouts and its been more than
2 weeks since I have been using the cleanser. Would you suggest the Neutrogena deep clean scrub for me? Does it have positive reviews??

Hi Shyma, thanks for your message. I am so glad your skin is doing better and that you have found products that work well for you!

I have not used Neutrogena products because they contain fragrances which I am allergenic to, and they use other chemical ingredients that I prefer to not use on my skin such as parabens, salicylic acid, fragrances and so forth.

For example, when I searched for the Ingredients of their Oil-Free Deep Clean Gentle Scrub, here is what I found:

Water, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Polyethylene, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycol Distearate, Stearic Acid, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Linoleamidopropyl Pg-dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Neopentyl Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Salicylic Acid, Disodium Edta, Xanthan Gum, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Sodium Hydroxide, Cetyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Butylparaben, Agar, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Red 30 Lake, Fragrance.

A Gentler Sensitive Skin Facial Scrub

The sensitive skin facial scrub that I use is the Cleure Scrub which is the gentlest hypoallergenic exfoliation product I've ever used. Most scrubs and exfoliation products irritate or dry my skin, or cause my skin to break out.

This one is very gentle and provides moisture as well as gentle exfoliation. I like that it refreshes my skin without harsh chemicals. Even on days when I have a rash or breakout, the Cleure Scrub does not irritate the skin.
