Facial Masks - Milk and Oats and Almond Mask

1/3 cup of Milk

2 tsp of Oat

Heat on the stove to soften the Oats for 3 minutes, then let it cool. Exfoliate gently or leave on the face for 10-15 minutes then gently wipe-off with a damp face-cloth.


Use 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of ground almond with 1 eggwhite mix - well. leave on your skin for 10 min and wash with cool water.
