Help for Dry Skin

Please how can i manage my dry skin?... i now have patches of scaly dry skin all over my arm and a few i noticed of late are appearing on my face...
Also, what can be used for the private area that wont be too sensitive?
Our replyHi Ruth, thanks for your message. Many times dry skin starts with our diet. When we do not eat enough of the healthy fats, this can cause dry skin. You can remedy this by keeping your diet simple, with many whole grains, legumes, vegetables and small amounts of natural fats, and staying away from too much refined and processed foods and sugars.
