Slices of raw potato placed on your eyes instead of cucumber! Honestly its great! I sometimes put them in the fridge before hand to get them nice and cool. Great if you suffer from hay fever too! x
Our replyThanks so much, this is a great suggestion and very affordable too, as potatoes are often less expensive than cucumbers, and available year round.
There are also a wonderful facial exercise for bags under the eyes. Here are two that I use:
1. Lying down, place the index and middle finger of each hand on either side of each of your eyelids. Then, flex the muscles of your lower eyelids 10 times.
2. Lying down, place 4 fingers of each hand on the cheekbones right under your eyelids. Gently pull down slightly towards your chin, without putting pressure on your eyes. Do this 10 times.
