I just decided to make up a beauty plan which will clear my skin as well as cleanse and energize my body. This is my plan:
Week 1 : Drink 2 litres of water everday and exercise for half an hour
Week 2 : Do facial exercises and eat a fruit and salad with every meal
Week 3 : Drink green smoothie every day
I'm starting from tomorrow...hope I can stick to it.
