Question About Rosacea Problem
by Neha
(Mumbai, India)
My Skin is very sensitive, It is always red, Whenever I am stressed out, I get boils on my chin and cheeks, however when I am calm it is just fine. I had a very clear and glowing skin before but since two years i face itching and feel the sensitiveness on my face.
I use rich feel shampoo and bioderma cleanser on my skin, that's it. I don't use moisturiser on my skin or conditioner on my hair. Let me know what i can do improve my skin and the products i should use of which brand?
Thanks,
Neha
Our replyHi Neha, thanks for your message. I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with rosacea. Yes, there are many skin problems which are made worse by stress. The first thing I recommend is that you make a commitment in your daily life to spend at least 5 minutes each day on some kind of activity that is relaxing for you and that helps you reduce stress.
Each of us is different so what is relaxing for you may not be relaxing for someone else. The key is to find those activities that help you to forget your troubles for a few minutes, and to feel a sense of enjoyment.
Some activities that can be useful for stress reduction are:
- Meditation
- Yoga
- Singing or chanting
- Dancing or movement
- Walking
- Being in nature
- Listening to music
- Drawing, painting or creative activities
- Being with friends, family or loved ones
These are just a few suggestions, but can help you find something that will work for you.
Skin Care for RosaceaYes, I think you are on the right track to keep your skincare routine simple and to use just a few products. The more complicated your daily skincare, the more chance that one of the products or ingredients will cause a skin breakout.
Most skincare products contain ingredients that are irritating to sensitive skin. Please see our
Safe Cosmetics Guide for more information on this.
I have found ***z-cleure.shtml*** products to be the best choice for good quality sensitive skin care as they do not contain the kind of chemical or plant irritants that other brands use. Sadly, most brands or skin care products that say they are
hypoallergenic often contain fragrance, parabens and other chemicals that can cause your skin to break out... or they contain a lot of botanical ingredients which can cause allergic reactions.
